How to contact Poloniex through official channels
Poloniex does not have a phone number and we will never contact you via phone. We do not service customers through Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Instagram, or any other 3rd-party websites or apps.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for keeping your login credentials, 2FA codes, email address, and devices safe. If you provided this information to a malicious site, they have the ability to access your Poloniex account.
Please make sure you check that you are on the correct site before entering any login details or 2FA codes. The site should always be: https://poloniex.com.
We do not currently have any affiliation with any third party websites, especially sites claiming to provide trading bots or scripts. If you enter credentials or API keys into an unofficial app or website, you are sharing your credentials with a potentially malicious party. This could lead to a loss of assets.
We highly recommend that you use a strong password, strong passcode, or biometric authentication on any computer or mobile device where you log into the Poloniex website or app.
Additionally, please make sure that your email accounts and devices are safe and protected. Shared devices such as internet cafes, public computers, public WiFi, etc. are high risk, and if someone has access to your cell phone, they could potentially login and make unauthorized transactions.
Coin Listing Scams
Poloniex never requests payment for coin listings. In case you have been contacted and asked for a payment, we advise that you do not reply with payment or any other information and contact our support team.
